Gwendolyn was a remarkable soul who dedicated her life to raising four foster children, instilling in them values of compassion and strength. Her nurturing spirit created a home filled with warmth and understanding. A devout member of her church communities in Georgia and DC, Gwendolyn found solace and joy in her faith. Her commitment to serving others reflected the depth of her compassionate heart. Gwendolyn cherished the bonds of family, finding immense joy in lively gatherings and celebrations. Her laughter and love created lasting memories for those fortunate enough to share in these moments. A connoisseur of Jamaican cuisine and a fan of the vibrant culture, Gwendolyn's appreciation for diversity enriched her life. Her enthusiasm for cooking good food and movies brought joy to those around her. Though Gwendolyn has bid farewell to this earthly existence, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she so freely gave. Memorial services will be held for her in both Georgia and the Washington DC area, allowing family and friends to come together to celebrate the beautiful life of Gwendolyn Craig, also affectionately known as Momma G.
